Creating Groups in Lotus Notes
If you need to send several e-mails to the same e-mail addresses frequently, creating a
group can help. When you send an e-mail to a group, the e-mail will be sent to all the
members of that group.
1. Open Lotus Notes and log in as normal.
2. Click Contacts.

3. Click the drop-down arrow next to New, and select Group from the list.

4. Choose a Group Name and type it into the box provided.

Note: You can also select a directory as your Group Name.


1) Click Group Name.
2) Select a directory and click Add.
3) Click OK.

5. To add e-mail addresses to your group, click Members.

6. Enter the last name of the person you would like to add in the Find names starting
with box.

7. Click Add to add the names to the list. You can add as many people as you like.
8. Click OK.

9. When you are finished creating your group, click Save and Close.
