CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

Member-at-Large
The Albany Community Police Advisory Committee (ACPAC) is seeking applications from
qualified residents of the City of Albany for the following position:
Title of Position: Member-at-Large: ACPAC
Term of Appointment: Members-at-Large serve at the pleasure of the full ACPAC Committee.
Position Responsibilities/Duties:
Members are required to attend the monthly meetings of ACPAC and to act as a liaison between
the community and the Albany Police Department. Members are to promote the Community
Policing philosophy of the Albany Police Department.
Appointed members-at-large of ACPAC must reside in the City of Albany.
Application Requirement:
Applicants are required to provide the committee with a letter detailing: (1) previous community
involvement; (2) current community involvement; (3) reason for requesting appointment; and (4)
how you can be an asset to the committee. Applicant's letter and contact information will be kept
confidential.
