Brief Description: For this assignment, I had to question my personal teaching philosophies and
my hopes for the future. This project will help me utilize the hopes and dreams I have for my
future classroom. This project allowed me to question the real reasoning behind my yearning to
teach and also assisted me in answering unanswered questions I had about my philosophy of
teaching.

Rationale: To show my understanding of Standard #10, Leadership and Collaboration, I

questioned my own leadership in the classroom and in the community. This project gave me
insight on how I will lead my classroom one day.
