Weekly review of Runout Table aprons. Aprons ground and replaced as necessary
All mill chutes and liners are inspected and repaired as necessary
Mill housing inspected for debris and scrap that could contribute to gouges and scratches

HSM Technical Group Activities Ongoing

Daily review of all internal losses and retreats
Monitor short term and long-term trends to pinpoint operational shifts
Daily chart of gouges identified by 4 Pickler Cognex reviewed to identify possible operational shifts

HSM Cognex Capability Improvements 1st Quarter 2014

Added additional Cognex classifications to isolate and hold HSM Gouges before downstream
processing.
