APPLICATION FOR CALLING REPORT FROM THE

COURT OF VIITH JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE .
It is prayed on behalf of the Surety, M.Naseem that an
Application was made for return of surety, since no Challan was
submitted in this matter and hence no final Judgment was
available.
That this Honble Court passed Order for producing a
proof of the disposal of this Fir No.105/09 and the resultant
case.
That the Applicant made application to the Honble Court
of VIITH J.M at Karachi Central having Jurisdiction of P.S
Sharifabad at that time. The staff of the Court has finally
informed the applicant that they dont have any proof of filing
of Challan and trial of the case and its final disposal.
That it is about now four years that the application for
return of surety Documents has been filed by applicant. He has
been running from pillar to post as no cooperation/action is
being extended by the concerned staff.
In view of the above it is respectfully prayed that this
Honble Court may be pleased to pass Order to VIIth J.M
Central to submit all the record of the case which was registered
at lodging of Fir 105/09 with P.S Sharifabad, U/s 506-B/34 PPC
against Moinuddin S/o M.Rafiq.
