Many of my perfectionist habits include


having to do everything myself, not
valuing input from others. In increasing

my planning time to work more
efficiently, I hope to spend my time more
wisely, share the workload, and work

Many of my areas of growth tend to


show that I feel better when I do things
myself. In order to learn to delegate I
will expose myself to a more
