Positive Feedback:
Goof job explaining interval activity and telling them what to do what they can. Good
demonstrations at each station. Good job explaining proper body positioning and modifications
before each workout. Very comfortable.

1. As I reflect on the three sessions, to what extent were clients productively engaged in
learning? (Brief description of how they were or were not productively engaged. Activity
level does not equal learning)
The students learned different ways to exercise by using just their own body weight.
Some of the students said that they didnt know they could get such a good workout
without being in the weight room and using weights.
I think the clients were able to know, do or apply the following things from the
session I taught.
They were able to use their own bodies to get a good workout. This is great for
someone who doesnt have any exercise equipment or doesnt want to go to a weight
room all the time.
2. List one fitness component you emphasized/taught to the clients.
Strength and cardiovascular endurance
Did the clients learn what I intended them to learn? Yes
Were my instructional goals met? Please list the instructional goal you had and then
discuss how you know it was or was not met.
Yes- Provide them with exercises and workouts that they can do on their own
-Provide them with instruction on proper form while doing body weight activities.

3. Did I alter my goals or my instructional plan as I taught the session? Why?

No, as I was teaching all of my goals were being met and the students were engaged in
the activity.
4. If I had the opportunity to teach this session again to this same group of clients, what
would I do differently? Why? (Use instructor feedback here!)
I would make the workout more challenging for some of the students. I wasnt expecting
the students in this class to be quite so active but a lot of them were in really good shape
and could have used some more intensity to their workouts. I would have liked to give
the option to more if the student was feeling up to it.
