Seafood casserole

WHAT YOU NEED


2 cups grated zucchini
500 g seafood extender or combined with white fish
pieces
1 cup grated cheese
cup sour cream
2 tbs lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs melted butter
Black pepper to taste

WHAT YOU DO
Mix zucchini, seafood extender/fish pieces, lemon
juice, garlic, butter, pepper and sugar well together.
Stir in sour cream and half cheese.
Spoon into shallow oven proof dish.

Top with rest of cheese.


Bake at 150 degrees for about 30 (thirty) minutes.
