it was first developed in southern asia as a means


of preserving fish in fermented rice. the history of
sushi in japan began around the 8th century. it is an
early form of fast food strongly related to japanese
culture. Sushi spread to south china before being
introduced to japan around the 8th century. namanare
was the first most popular type of sushi.
