The last part of the question is just to recognise the fact that this circuit, although it
has no voltage gain, it has a current gain.
Also its output impedance is low (from the lecture notes) and that its input impedance
is very high (from above). Thus it can act as an isolation amplifier it buffers the
output of one stage to the input to another system, thus reducing loading effects but
you need to provide more detail to demonstrate understanding.
