being.
- Deontology: Actions are judged based on the duties, regulations,
rules in specific situation/ environment.

- Utilitarianism: reach to happiness, benefits for a large number of
people, this will cause heavy damage to the companies.
- Deontology: this situation is the violation of principles, duties and
responsibility, and it will break the sustainability of engaged
agreements.

4. Solutions
- Reduce the limitations for expense as well as educate employee
about business ethical values and the importance of saving money.
- Cooperate with the third party for managing effectively.
- Create entertainment activities associated with team building
within the company to enhance the united groups.
- Building a company culture that makes employees feel as member
of a large family with comfortable working atmospheres.
