DEFINITIONS; ADOPTING REGULATIONS FOR THE TRUCK ROUTE FOR SAFETY
REASONS AND TO MINIMIZE DAMAGES TO THE CITYS ROAD SYSTEM;
PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES; PROVIDING FOR
