Let me introduce. My name is . And today Id like to present about motivation,

especially in 2L classroom.
I believe that motivation is the most important thing that affects students in the
classroom. According to the expert, the success or failure in language classroom
depends on students enthusiasm, commitment and persistence in their long
learning process. In other word, their success or failure depends on their motivation.
Then, there are two questions, where does the motivation come from? And how the
teacher can ensure that the students motivation remain high and higher.
Those questions will be our main focus today. So, Ive divided my presentation into
two parts. The first one is the sources of motivation, and the other is the teachers
role in improving student motivation.
Lets move to the first point
There are six sources of motivation, especially in language learning.
The first one is students attitude toward the target language
Another is their perception about the target language can utility immediately
Another is their sense of competence and challenge
Next one is they feel enjoy with the target language
Next one is classroom learning environment
The last is teacher personality and teaching effectiveness
