of Textiles: Fabric Properties

In textile many a cases we are having a situation were


measurement in terms of quantitative terms is difficult.
In that cases we are preferring a objective assessment
also in cases for the economy of test and saving of time.
But now a days with the advancement of technology like
image processing and assessment by software, we may
shift for objective assessment. Objective assessment not
only save the time but also the accuracy of process is
improved
In this paper various fabric properties like pilling, drape,
fabric defects etc have been compared by considering
subjective and objective assessment techniques of
measurement.
