GTS was founded in 2006 by Ari Rubenstein, David Lieberman, and Amit Livnat on the back of their
successful efforts to automate previously manual market-making strategies. As trading partners since
2000, all three founders remain active in the day-to-day management of GTS and continue to develop our
new trading strategies while personally overseeing operations and strategic initiatives.
Today, we continue to successfully navigate a dynamic industry
landscapeinclusive of evolving regulation, heated competition and
consolidationby adhering to our principles of accountability, innovation
and leadership. These principles empower GTS to combine market
expertise acquired in the exchange pits with industry-best software and
