download the setup file from the this link:

Matlab 2014b (Win x64)
Matlab 2014b (Mac Os X)
Burn this image to DVD disc or extract to a folder. Run setup.exe and continue installation
choosing the settings as seen on screenshots below:

You can select all products except the License Manager 11.11

You will need the license file at this point. You can download it from here.
