ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The students would like to thank the many people who have contributed to the success of
the School Nursing Activity, especially during the Health Teaching on Proper Hand washing and
Proper Tooth brushing and finally for the Feeding Program.

Magsaysay Elementary School for allowing the students to implement their school nursing
activities. For all the teachers who helped facilitate and organize the Grade Three pupils. To the
enthusiastic pupils who participated during the two day activity, we thank you. Without the help
