The School Improvement Plan of San

Sebastian National High School is the blueprint


of the school to implement initiatives towards
definite set of objectives and targets for
ensuring access to, promoting equity in, and
improving the quality of basic education. This is
the product of shared governance recognizing
principles of empowerment wherein every
individual in the organization has a definite role,
task, and responsibility for which everyone is
principally accountable for all educational
outcomes.
After
a
substantial
collaborative
involvement, commitment, and support of the
School Planning Team and Stakeholders to
improve the quality of basic education in school
and the municipality, a comprehensive School
Improvement Plan has been formulated which
will serve as the main vehicle through which the
school can effectively and efficiently manage
education service in the locality and the entire
Division of Samar. This plan has been carefully
structured which is primarily focused on main
goals and strategies that will lead to
achievement of objectives and better school
management.
We sincerely appreciate every effort, time,
and money contributed by our educational
planners and benefactors in the successful
development of this plan. We do hereby
earnestly endorse this School Improvement Plan
of San Sebastian National High School for your
