Draft Pick Order
Order will be by rankings from last season with Tuan and Eman to take picks 1 & 2 respectively.
Normal Draft Picks:

Draft Rules:
DR1 - Draft picks can be traded freely up until 26th Feb 2015. Draft picks must be submitted to the
Chairman so that it can be recorded. The trade is final once confirmation has been sent to the
trading parties.
DR2 - Trading of draft picks can also be done during the live draft in between each round. This must
be confirmed before the next round begins. Picks involved in trade must be at minimum 2 rounds
ahead of the current round. Eg. If we are in round 1, you can submit pick trades at the end of the
round but the picks involved must be from round 3 onwards.
DR3 - Trading of draft picks can be vetoed if deemed unfair, a total of four NO votes is required to
veto a trade.
DR4 Evidence of draft tampering will result in a loss of the pick for all parties involved for the next
round after the breach occurred. This penalty pick will be taken at the end of the draft after all picks
have been taken.
DR5 At the end of the draft you must have a full complement of players for all positions. In the
event that you have picked too many players in the one position then you will need to rectify this
once the draft has been completed by replacing the surplus player with another from the free agent
pool.
DR6 In the event you pick a Multi Position Player (MPP) and you find that you are over allocated in
a certain position in your team; you will need to wait until the end of the draft to rectify the
problem. It is up to the onus of the coach to ensure that you have the correct number of players in
each position.
DR7 Once a draft pick has been declared by the coach and announced to the competition, the pick
is final. It is up to the onus of the coach to ensure that the pick they declared is the correct player
they had in mind.

DR8 Favourite Son Draft Rule: Each team is allowed to nominate 1 player as his "favourite son".

Teams can nominate their player at any time before 20th Feb 2015. Eg. Euge nominate
Tyson Goldsack as his favourite son.

Teams can only nominate a favourite son from their supported club. List of supported

Once nominations finalised, all nominated players will be open to a bid from any
opposing team in the league. Bidding to begin on 21st Feb 2015 and closes 26th Feb 2015.

Each coach can bid as many times for a given player but you can only improve your bid
so you cannot go backwards. Once you have submitted your bid, then you are held to
that bid.

February 26th is the deadline for bids. The chairman will reveal on Feb 27th a list of all
bids.

In order to secure your Favourite Son you will need to match the lowest bid with your
next live pick, if you pass then that player goes to the highest bidder.

In the event you have promised your next live pick on another player, you can still gain
your favourite son by using the earlier pick to the bid. This is the only time you can
withdraw your bid.

Should there be no bids on a nominated player, then the nominating team can choose to
use their last pick.

Restriction: Nominated player must be outside the top 100 (based on Supercoach 2014
rankings) log on to SuperCoach website to view top 100. Chairman will also confirm
that your nomination is eligible.

DR9 Final team will be made up of 22 players in the following structure:

5 Defenders

7 Midfielders
1 Ruck
5 Forwards
4 Bench (Floating and any positions)

Competition Rules:
CR1 This document refers to the Chairman who is Phillip Pham.
CR2 You must pay the entry fee by week 1 of the AFL H&A Season 2013, otherwise your team is
deemed void, unless a previous arrangement has been made with the Chairman. I will accept
payment of the entry fee ($200) in instalments (ie. $20 a week) but please advise me of what you
would like to do.
CR3 Trading of players can be vetoed if deemed unfair. For the trade to be considered void there
needs to be 6 vetos. Once trade has been officially announced to the league, there is a 12 hour
window to veto the trade (Chairman to keep track of time deadline). For a trade to be considered
official it needs to be declared in the Trade Channel and put up on the SuperCoach website, and
then the rest of the league is given 12 hours from that time to veto the trade. Once deadline is
reached, Chairman will declare trade was either successful or unsuccessful and will approve the
trade on the website for it to be processed automatically. In the event that 5 coaches that are not
part of the trade specifically say YES to the trade, the trade can also be considered official.
CR4 In the event that there is a trade that is grossly one sided or has hints of tomfoolery, the
Chairman has the power to declare the trade void without the minimum veto requirements outlined
in CR3. The Chairman will make the judgement call and may call upon the advice from an unrelated
party that is not involved in the trade.
CR5 Tampering of the free agent pool will result in a penalty of NO captain and NO vice-captain for
a total period of 3 weeks after the penalty occurred. The definition of free agent pool tampering will
be at the discretion of the Chairman to ensure a fair judgement is given. For an example of this, refer
to the Ian Pham Act 2012 and use this as precedence.
CR6 Evidence of collusion amongst players for personal gain and throwing matches will be dealt
severely, and could result in being kicked out of the competition and future competitions.
CR7 The window for trading players between teams will close at the beginning of the Finals Series
in the competition. The free agent pool however is still available to be utilised by members.
CR8 Once a team has been eliminated from the Finals Series, no changes are allowed to be made
to that team i.e. dropping players to the free agent pool.
CR9 When trading Multi-Position Players (MPP) you need to ensure that you are able to fit the
desired player into your team structures otherwise the trade will be deemed void.
CR10 Highest Score in a Normal Round Prize will be awarded to the team that scores the highest
number of total points in one round excluding the final series.

CR11 Any evidence of bringing the competition in to disrepute can be lodged to the Chairman as a
formal complaint where both sides will be given a fair hearing. Penalties may apply if a breach has
been committed which will be at the discretion of the Chairman and 2 other members that are not
affected by the case.
CR12 By entering this competition you agree to abide by all the items listed in this terms and
conditions document.
CR13 The winner of the GF will be awarded a trophy that will be engraved with their team name
on it. This will also be engraved to include previous 2 years winners: Kostas (2011), Ian (2012), Yonga
(2013)., Euge (2014). In the event a player has won the competition three times, then they will be
allowed to keep the trophy and a new trophy will be created.
CR14 Wooden Spoon refers to the team that is in the last position on the league ladder at the
completion of the normal rounds prior to finals series.
CR15 The league will commence as of the official AFL season round 1. Each team will play each
other once and BYE rounds will be skipped and considered BYE rounds for all teams. Finals will
commence round 15 of the AFL season.
CR16 You are now able to make multiple player trade offers but will still adhere to the rules
defined in CR3 and CR4.
CR17 Throwing a game will result in no Captain or Vice-Captain choice for the following week.
Evidence looked at will be strange captain choices, benching premium/elite players or starting
injured/non-playing players.
