Good Practice being shared is

around revival of an Orphan FPA


who has become inactive post the
SM left the system.

Small Steps Taken


Called them on phone but were not
responding.
Made a group on whatsapp for all inactive/
orphan FPAs whom i have trained in the
RMT in last one year.
Point to be highlighted is that it is
important to build relationship separately
when a new advisor joins the system so
that you act as an anchor when the SM
leaves.

Backend Efforts
With BM :- Discussion with BM on how
to proceed on connecting with the
advisor.
Being a female FPA a comfort was taken in
to account while assigning her to a new SM
SM: Called and briefed about the FPA
SM: Gave a welcome call in front of BM
SRU : Gave a welcome call in front of BM,
as she had the initial connect with the FPA
at docket stage.

Together we Win
During home visit along with the SM,
met her husband and asked for the
permission for sending her regularly
in office, where we found that this
was missing while pitching the
agency in the beginning. (P30)
While she came in office an official
welcome was given to her by the BM.
She fetched 4 Leads and work in progress
