Winter fun!
I hope you all will be looking for the groundhog on February 2nd to see
if we will see his shadow! Will he see his shadow? Will we have six
more weeks of winter? How much more snow will we get this winter?
Will spring arrive early?

MATH
We will be continuing to cover addition
and subtraction problems with the use of
a number line. I am available every
Monday and Wednesday before school at
8:00 a.m. Please have your child bring
home an Extra Help Pass.

February will be a busy month for our


class. We will be performing our play
and preparing for our class trip. You will
have an opportunity to learn about two
of our most important presidents, George
Washington and Abraham Lincoln. I
hope you enjoy your holiday week off.
