TEMPLATE FOR AUTHORS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS TO BE SUBMIIITED

TO THE 2015 ISRM CONGRESS

ABSTRACT
You are invited to submit your abstract (maximum 500 words plus two graphs). Authors whose abstracts
are selected will be invited to submit a full paper for peer review. The Theme of the Congress is
Innovations in Applied and Theoretical Rock Mechanics. For online technical program consistency, this
Abstract Template must be used for abstract submission.
Abstracts of a maximum of 500 words must be submitted online by May 1, 2014 and may include up to
two graphs. Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance by July 1, 2014 and must submit their full paper
by September 1, 2014. Authors must register by January 15, 2015 and have paid in full to have their paper
submitted for peer review. Each paper accepted for presentation and included in the proceedings must be
accompanied with full registration fee of $825 (even if the main author/presenter is a student). If the main
author/presenter is paying $825 and the second author/presenter is a student, they can then register with the
student fee at $350. The final revised paper submission deadline is January 15, 2015.
