LEGAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement made this 18TH day of July, 1997, by and between Cristina Gumapac and Carolina
Gumapac of the Gumapac family.
WHEREAS, the parties contemplate obligatory sisterhood under the love and care of their parents,
Perlita Magno-Gumapac and Carlos Gumapac; and
WHEREAS, it is their mutual desire to enter into this Agreement whereby they will regulate their
relationships towards each other with respect to their assigned spaces each of them own and in which each of
them has an interest.
Now, therefore, it is agreed as follows:
1) That all problems, concerns which belong to each party, shall be and forever remain between the sisters.
Where one has a problem, the other does as well. Where one has a concern, the other will listen.
2) That each party shall have at all times trust and respect.
3) No matter what situation the other party is in, they will always be there for each other.
4) Each sister both have aspirations and goals each party will share each others dreams, no matter how
crazy and unrealistic.
5) That each party, in the event of a separation, will always keep in contact despite the distance between
them.
6) If one party were in the wrong, the party must be brave enough to apologise. Even if the party isnt
wrong, one should probably apologise. Sisters dont hold grudges.
7) Despite not wanting too, parties must share everything they own. Even when no longer under the same
roof. However, ask permission first.
8) Regarding the older party obligated to proof-read the others homework, teach her to avoid following
parent rules, and curse any boy who hurts her.
9) Love each other, always.
