A. HISTORY:

On LIST DATE the Court issued an order for the Petitioner to pay the sum of $LIST

17 AMOUNT per month for child support, payable one-half on the first and one-half on the fifteenth of

18 each month commencing LIST DATE, A copy of the Order on Order to Show Cause is attached as

Exhibit B.

B. ISSUES:

As shown on Page 3 of Exhibit B the support orders were based upon a Chambers
22

23 Conference in which the Court would not impute income to the Respondent. However, the Court

24 indicated that the Respondent should be gainfully employed within 90 days. The Respondent has
25
failed to seek gainful employment.

C. CONTENTIONS:

Petitioner contends that the child support order should be modified for the following reasons:

2 increased from 10% to over 30% since the last Custody and Visitation order was issued on LIST
