X: Good morning PSD. This is Breakout. Im x, breaking out of the ordinary.

X: After considering the pros and cons, the Senate has finally decided to wound down its
debate on the I Speak English bill. This was proposed by Senate president Alexander
Acosta last 2008 to enhance the PSDians ability to communicate their ideas fluently in
English. The bill sparked many controversies such as the lost of our national identity, the
benefit of reaching out to other countries and many more. Prior to the announcement of
the decision, many experts take a stand on the issue. Here is a video clip of yesterdays

X: we just received a statement from the breakout reporters. The decision on the
controversial I speak English bill is now being finalized. For an update about the bill, live
