ABSTRACT

In writing this thesis, this study talked about in handling bank's strategy
housing loan financing problems. But as the basis for their chosen housing loan
because almost all Islamic banks in Indonesia offer products housing loan, Based
on background, the writing was designed to increase understanding bank's
strategy in handling housing loan financing problems in bank BTN shari'a
Bandung.
The method used in the writing of this thesis is descriptive method. The
literature review as well as internship observation and interview are used to gather
all data needed for this thesis.
Based on result of the study. The answers for problems that are, that there
are three bank's strategy in handling financing housing loan problems are the
development clients, restructuring and final settlement housing loan financing
problems.
