Every ‘week our volunteers pick up and delver food to approximately 400 need faiies in order to sustain thelr nutritional needs for that week. There is also a food pantry available for those who want to pick up their food packages. | have known Mr. William Rapfogel for over twenty years both personally and professionally. During Mr. Rapfogel’s tenure as President of the Met Gouncil on Jewish Poverty there has been a marvelous ongoing working relationship between the two organizations in fuiling our mission statement to provide food and assistance tothe needy families in our community. ‘Mr Rapfoget's continued help and support to our organization has been invaluable. He has constantly aided us and has gone beyond the normal channels to help TSQ and our recipients. Not only has Mr. Rapfogel personally helped us secure additional funding for our food distribution, but he has also helped get emergency and long term housing for our clients in need. Whenever asked, he has not hesitated to be of assistance, without expectation of thanks or fanfare. His outstanding assistance must now be applauded and recognized because without his personal intervention, this would not have been possible.
