Schneiderman Attorney General Office of the Attomey General State Capital Albany, New York 12224 Re: William Rapfogel Dear Attorney General Schneiderman, 1am a mother of 8 children and we are New Yorkers that struggle to make ends meet. | have a young child, who for a number of years has been struggling with Enuresis. This caused my child 2 lot of angst and stress at school and at home, For @ number of years we tried different forms of help from psychological and medical, but nothing was effective at getting to the root of the problem. The more research | did and the more parents | spoke to, the more | was convinced that my child needed to see a Chiropractor that specialized in Enuresis, Dr. Christopher Tabik, who told us that treatment would be requlred for at least four months. ‘The problem was that the cost was very high and not covered by my insurance. | looked and turned ‘everywhere to try and get the necessary funds so my child could finally overcome this Issue but no one was able to help me. Finally, | went to my local social service agency and they contacted Mr. William Rapfogel and the Met Council on my behalf, who agreed to pay for most of the treatment for my chil Over time the treatment worked and my child Is really a different person today because of it. |1am enormously appreciative of Mr. Rapfogel’s help and | hope you will consider this wohderful kindness he did for my child and my family. Respectfully, Suri Silberstein bn bl FOIL 150078 000041
