We Act Integration into Teaching Program

As a five-step program that helps you guide your students in discovering
their passion for local and global issues, We Act programing is the perfect
addition to any pre-service training program. With empowering programs
that allow young people to make socially responsible choices for their
everyday lives our domestic programs empower them to become active
local, national and global citizens.

Integration in Teaching Programs

By offering Pre-Service Training to students at Teachers Colleges

across the city, province, or even country we at Me to We can ensure that
the next generation of teachers are familiar with our programing,
Additionally, by introducing them to the We Act curriculum early, teacher
candidates can feel that they have a unique set of additional qualifications
that will allow them to offer their future students a rich and engaging
immersive experience. This will hopefully, in turn, increased educator loyalty
once they are hired, and continue our programing throughout multiple
educational disciplines, school boards, and post-graduate educational
facilities.
With pre-service teaching enrollment on the rise, this is a huge
opportunity to be able to introduce hundreds upon hundreds of pre-service
teachers to our incredible We Act Programing. Additionally, as a result of the
pre-service teaching program being extended to two years, there is a now a
huge demand for fuller programing in the teacher education program.
As it stands, the Tribes Learning Community is the only other program that I
know of that has taken advantage of this otherwise untapped market of
potential clients and future educators. The way they market their programing
is by offering a Tribes Certification through an 8 module curriculum that is
taught in 24 hours of contact time (normally over a series of two full day
weekends sat, sun, sat, sun that take place at the educational institution).
The course is being offered for $150 per participant, and at completion of the
program, a certificate of completion is awarded to the newly Tribes Certified
Teachers. A similar accreditation could be awarded to teacher candidates
who complete the We Act Educational Leadership Training.
