Building is located in Wabash Square, on the west side of Main Street north of High Street. Lots 1, 2 and 3 were purchased by Thomas Wilson in 1817. Ohio Historic Inventory dates the building to circa 1850, although federal style woodwork in the rear wing seems to support a pre- 1840 construction date. For many years the building was owned by the Rogers family.
