The Guests List

Even though it is a food festival, we should not narrow our bloggers choices to food
bloggers only. Instead, we should carefully select active netizens to come to our dinner
party. This is our breakdown on how Goorme will distribute the available seats for the
event:

JTUG - 2 seats
Kopdar Jakarta - 2 seats

5 seats will be used as prizes for quizzes run on Goorme social media accounts.

8:00 - Speech from Goorme spoke person about Quality food reviews. Goorme
will be discussing about Goorme Blogger Network with the topic of building better
food community among food bloggers. Goorme will also involve selected blogger

8:30 - Dinner Starts! Feel free to take pictures, and make your own report / blog /
status updates / tweets.
9:30 - Closing speech from the host / MC. Thank you for coming.

Goodie Bags
It should be fun and memorable for the guests to get something on their way home. On
top of what JCF will be providing to the bloggers, Goorme would like to contribute some
of our small giveaway items inside goodie bags for examples stickers, pins or pen. It will
not be giveaways from Goorme sponsors, unless its allowed.

The Date
Bloggers are almost equal to media in a Pers conference. So, we should move the dinner
to an earlier date. Even weekdays still make sense, rather than on the last day of the
event.

Incentives
Bloggers have their own pride. Sure they will love it to get some invitations. But there
should be no rules for them to write something in return. We suggest adding some
incentives, so that participants have more reasons to write or post something online and
promote their events. The content can be photos, a series of tweets, Facebook status
updates, or a blog post.
The prize? Get some dining vouchers from Ismaya Group restaurants. Bundle it into Rp
200-300K per winner should be fine.

Things That We Need from Ismaya To Promote the Event

Besides the dinner itself, Goorme still have to do many homeworks, in order to promote
the events. Such as:

Detail on Pop-Up Restaurants - It should be a great attraction, and Goorme can

list the restaurants and the menu on Goorme.com. Later Goorme will tweet about
it during the events.
Pers / Other materials - Any Pers related content need to be broadcasted on
Goorme, therefore Goorme would like to have the most up-to-date information
regarding the event. Share any of the photos, interviews, and promotions to
Goorme. We will do our best to cover it on our portal.
