Satisfactory /needs
development- It is important to
promote safety through
collaborative practice and to
be knowledgeable of the
clients history and their
present diagnosis and the
medication there are on. For
example , the feedback I got
from instructor and the nurses
has enabled me to continue to
provide the best care possible

Satisfactory- As a student
nurse critical thinking is an
important aspect of the
nursing care. I had the
opportunity to problem solve
and to conduct appropriate
nursing interventions to
ensure my patients safety. For
example, a patient had a
TEMP of 38.4 degree Celsius,
I had to check and administer
PRN medication with my
instructors supervision. This
was also reported to the
doctor and urine and blood
collection was done to conduct
Culture and Sensitivity test
