Alternate project management skills that are required for the development of new

tablets is Functional project Organization.

The reason is that the tablet designing/development needs technical expertise in
the development of the new tablets as the market demands.
For the over-all project; the heavy weight Matrix project organization is required.
Because the project demands a gradual change, so that the market can be
maintained without disturbance for 2 years.
The General Manager of the company should know the steps in transition. The
project leader will co-ordinate the project. He should have knowledge in more than
one functional area.
All the managers in other functional area like production, Human resources, Quality
