Pre-assessment plan:
- I am going to use a KWL chart to assess what the students know about
the Scientific Method. See attached for KWL worksheet.
Formative Assessment Plan:
- Students will create a science fair experiment and presentation on the
topic of their choice.
o Pick and experiment to try and have teacher agree on it
o Research and find out as much about your topic as you can
o Develop a question to be tested.
o Predict the answer to your question
o Create a poster with your findings
o Hand out brochure with information from your project
Summative Assessment Plan:
