Objective__________________________________________________________
To obtain an administrative position on an elementary school campus where I can use effective
communication, organization, and problem solving skills to promote a collaborative school community and a
highly motivating learning environment.
As Kindergarten Grade Level Chairperson for 15 years, I worked with a variety of personalities,
conducted weekly meetings, prepared agendas, led team building exercises, coordinated team
activities, monitored school schedules and represented grade level interests on the Leadership Team.
Served 9 years on the Site Based Management Leadership Team and had the opportunity to
participate in Trinity Leadership Training, Balderidge Training, budget training, and a variety of
campus decision making experiences.
Worked for 2 years as an Extended Day Coordinator where I prepared class rosters, organized
dismissal, collected permission slips, arranged bus route information, and monitored teacher/student
activities.
For 2 years I have served as the Campus SIOP Trainer/Coach which consists of training the staff,
preparing activities, modeling lessons, and assisting struggling teachers.
As a District Science Curriculum Trainer for 2 years, I presented training to teacher that introduce
upcoming curriculum and clarified district expectations.
Served 4 years on the Johnson Elementary PTA in which I performed the duties of the Secretary,
Vice-President and President including minute taking and conducting the meetings.
While serving 3 years as a TEEG/DATE Grant Co-Chairperson, I worked with a team to determine
criteria for incentive pay, collected testing data, prepared state required paperwork, and monitored
incentive money distribution.
Served as a member of the Campus Hiring Panel for a variety of positions on the campus including
classroom teachers, physical education teacher, and counselor.

Member of the District Report Card Committee which prepared the Kindergarten Report Card during
the revision period.
