routinely to maintain safety of
students, staff and visitors by

institution provides at least two years
of audited financial statements and
submits them with the institutions
candidacy application. A third,
audited financial statement must
represent activity while the
institution is in candidate status.

information is due in the COE office
no later than six months following the
