goals and connects to workforce
(stakeholder) needs.

needed. This rubric summarizes:
The actual COE standard as it applies to EFCTS-AWD targets (goals)
The EFCTS-AWD interpretation for meeting standards and earning the maximum (6 years) accreditation:
o Minimum 15, accreditation denied or possible 1-year accreditation
o 16-24 points, 1-2 years accreditation
o 25-30 points, 3-4 years accreditation
o 31 points or more, 5-6 years accreditation
