Our Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of one night or 25% of the reservation total (whichever is greater) is required to confirm the
reservation. All rates are subject to an 18% service charge and applicable sales and local taxes. Rates include the Modified American Plan (A $26 per
person Dinner Credit each night and a $15 per person Breakfast Credit each morning) plus use of the general facilities of the Health Spa and Fitness
Center. Extra person charges will apply over the listed number of persons. Our minimum stay policy requires: 2 nights on weekends in the pre, post
and off-seasons, 3 nights on Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends, 2 nights for all days in June and 3 nights for all days in July and August.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To obtain a refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
A $20 Processing Fee applies. A cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeit of deposit.
