Expected Behavior Reward for following expected behavior Consequence for not complying with expected behavior Prepared for Class: Brings pencil, planner, assignments to class and fills out his planner at the end of class. Earn one-on-one time with Mr. Bolduc during block 4 or @ 7:30am until the beginning of Block 1 No earned time with Mr. Bolduc instead time should be used to get caught up with assignments or read quietly. Does not have possession of his phone during schoo! and leaves it in his locker. Music on his |Pad after he shows that he is on task in class and get's permission from staff. During Learning Center Block 4. Leave phone in the office each day. Not permitted to use Ipad to listen to music for two days or until complying with staff's directions. Follows prompt within a reasonable time frame without arguing or making comments (this should be determined by the teacher working with him during the block period or Education Technician) 1. (Daily Reward) Earn music on IPad after he ‘shows that he is on task in class and get's staffs permission 2.Earn ITunes card or other gift cards ( If compliant for two consecutive weeks) If not compliant for two consecutive weeks gift card becomes available until compliant with expectations for two weeks consecutively Uses the the resources provided to help him in the academic setting Ask for help when he needs it instead of being off task.(Use Education Technician, teacher, or peers to get assistance when he does not understand directions or assignment) Free time watching videos on IPad or Movie during learning center time if he is able to show staff all of his work is completed and planner is filled out. Free snack or drink can be provided when on task and completing assignments during time in the learning center. If unable to show work is completed then learning center time should be dedicated to work completion and getting caught up with all of his assigned work, Expected Behavior Reward for following expected behavior Consequence for not complying with ‘expected behavior Listens to staff as they pre-teach the desired lesson plan for the time period and put maximum effort into the assignment for the block Time to hang out with a peer at the end of the class if he complies with the directions from the teacher during the block Make-up time after school to complete any of his work that was missed when off task during class. To be determined by staff in the classroom setting. Ask to use coping skills when he is frustrated with his academics, staff, etc. in a respectful manner. Staff will compliment for using proper coping skills and encourage him to continue to use coping skills to assist himself when he is frustrated No consequence but will model why it is important for him to use coping skills when he is frustrated with his academics, staff, etc.. Will attend school on a daily basis and will arrive ina timely manner. If at school by 7:25am can earn gym time with Mr. Bolduc until 7:45am _ If he is not on time to ‘school then he will not be permitted to spend free time with Mr. Bolduc and if he is late for 5 days will receive a detention A)Coping Skills are to be established between the social worker, Special Education Teacher and Sean. B)Gift Cards can be to a favorite eating establishment, itunes, acceptable establishments approved by the Special Education teacher & team.
