Advanced OTDR Testing

This half-day course is a continuation of EXFOs FE-1033 Introduction to OTDR Testing, and covers advanced OTDR
analysis functions, as well as the post-processing tools related to OTDR testing. Attendees will learn how to use the timesaving features of EXFOs OTDRs as well as the FastReporter 2 batch-processing analysis software.

Methodology
The first part of this course consists of lectures using PowerPoint presentations and demonstrations, while the second part
consists of specific hands-on OTDR testing exercises and experiments on bidirectional analysis, Template mode, iOLM,
FastReporter 2 batch processing and FastReporter 2 report generation.

Documentation
Attendees will receive a binder containing copies of presentations and other handouts.
