65 of Cashew
I modified the amount of cashew. The
amount of the cashew is increasing
because the calories of cashew are lower
than the walnuts. The amount of cashew
in here replacing some of the walnut
amounts. This help the brownies to
contains lower calories.
50g of Walnut
The amount of walnut is decreasing
because of the walnut is containing
pretty high calories which will make me
failed in achieving the goal. However, the
walnut still be used because walnut is
containing high fibers which help me to
producing high fiber food.
Not use any
Rolled oat makes people feel full. The
brownies have a purpose become snack
which means only a booster hunger not
make the people feel full. In addition, the
calories also high enough, So I decided to
not use any of Rolled oats.
12pcs of medjool I used more medjool to make the taste of
dates
the brownies become well. The medjool
dates contains high fiber. The dates also
giving a natural sweet for the brownies.

I decrease the amount of the raisins to
reduce the amount of calories and also to
prevent gaining more weight because
raisins might be an ingredients that
make people gain more weight, which is
not include as my aim.

will enhance the richness of chocolate

Pinch of Vanilla The reason why I change this is because

because the honey is helping the dates
and raisins to give sweetness to the
recipe. This natural sweetness also has a
good nutrition and this also help the
mixture to mix well and sticking to each
other.

Because of I want to achieve the highest
score in creating product, I need to show
my cooking skill. If I did not do any
cooking skill because I only mixed all the
things in the food processor it will not
make me achieve the highest score. So,
due to that fact, I change the plan to
roast the nuts at first so all people will
feel the brownies even better and also I
can prove my cooking skills to Ibu Lisa.
