On suspecting that the fire will catch on the site office, Emergency siren was raised at site offices. All employees in site office proceed to Assembly point and Fire wardens extinguished the fire. Switched off computers, AIC, lights , closed doors of their office rooms and began to proceed to Emergency Assembly Point. 08:03 AM Fire wardens proceeded to Fire incident site with Fire Extinguishers. 08.04 AM Fire wardens began to extinguish fire. 08:05 AM Site Nurse reached incident site 08.06 AM Evacuation completed. Allemployees including Top Management at Site offices reached Assembly Point Head counting of assembled employees startedRoads and Infrastructure Project in Al Kheesa North and East €& MOCK DRILL REPORT ty Head counting of assembled employees completed. Conformed all employees reached Assembly point 08:08 AM Fire wardens completed extinguishing of fire 08.09 AM Site nurse conformed nobody is injured in the incident. ‘08.10 AM-08.12 AM | Fire wardens and Site Nurse reached Assembly point. They informed the fire has been extinguished and Nobody is injured. Project Manager Eng.Rizq Al Zoubi declared thal the emergency is over and that Bee ‘everybody can resume their offices.. 08.15 AM All employees resumed their offices /jobs. Observations : The scenario was planned and discussed among the involved emergency coordinators. Alll the participants played their role well. All employees of Hyder Parson and CGC -SACYR JV participated the emergency drill. The fire incident site was attended immediately by fire wardens and the fire was extinguished using the right type of fire extinguisher in a professional way. The response time taken by Site nurse to reach the incident site was also appreciable. Project Director observed and assessed the emergency procedures from time to time and declared the completion of the emergency after ensuring safe conditions are restored. He advised everybody to resume their offices. The drill was good and effective as per the program. However, following lapse was noticed which need to be improved in the event of emergencies. As follows: - Response time taken by some employees to reach the Assembly point was more than enough, CORRECTIVE ACTION TO BE TAKEN 1. Awareness will be created among all employees to proceed to Assembly point immediately on hearing Emergency siren.
