emphasis on the first 2 Conditions

8:30-11:30 Facilitate professional learning session with special
education team
1. Introductions: Who am I? Review agenda, outcomes, etc.
2. Appreciative Inquiry: To identify the best of the current state
of the Sped Dept.; to identify the conditions which enable the
best to emerge. In small groups:

you were proud to be a member of this team.

What do you see as the priorities for the future of this dept.?
