CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Aquacise - Water exercise to music! This class creates an aerobic workout without placing stress on your joints. This class
also incorporates the cardiovascular endurance phases with a warm up, strength training, body toning and cool down.
Aqua Jog and Tone - Increase your flexibility while toning all parts of your body. This class is excellent for those with
arthritis or those that need rehabilitation from muscle and joint injuries. Come join a very social bunch.
Swimming skills are not necessary
Aqua Tabata - Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training.
Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises,
allows each class to blast away the calories and provide noticable results in a short amount of time.
Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
Aqua Zumba - A water based fun & energetic cardio workout choreographed to Latin, international & popular music.
It's water fitness that feels more like a party!
Booty Barre - A fun. Energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define, and
chisel the whole body. Booty Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular
element utilizing the barre. This is a well structured class can be modified for any fitness level
Cardio Sculpt - Dynamic moves that work multiple muscle groups at once & keep the heart rate high.
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training using cardiovascular and resistance exercises that build endurance, burn fat,
and increase muscle strength.
Low Impact Cardio - This class integrates a variety of cardio & core conditioning exercises for a balanced & invigorating
workout.
PiYo - Yoga/Pilates inspired power workout. A constant flow of moves set to upbeat & empowering music where you
build stability, strength & flexability.
Silver Sneakers Classic - Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular
strength, range of movement & activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Yoga - Move your whole body through a complete series of seated & standing yoga poses. These poses are
designed to increase flexibility, range of movement, & balance. Also to promote stress reduction & mental clarity.
Step Circuit - Intervals of step aerobics and muscle conditioning will increase your overall strength and endurance.
Tabata - High intensity interval training.
Total Body - Head to toe workout guaranteed to burn calories, strengthen & tone in this fun, high energy class. This class
also includes exercises to strengthen abdominals as well as upper, middle, & lower back muscles.
Total Body "Lite" - A low-impact class designed to tone, to increase muscular strength & endurance, and to improve
flexibility and balance.
Vicious Cycle - Appropriate for all skill levels, this indoor cycling class is as intense as you can make it!
Yoga - Appropriate for all levels of practice. Classes incorporate breathing, balance & relaxation.
Power Yoga-Specialized Yoga class. Linking breath and movement you will create a high internal heat
providing a high energy workout. This class tones your body and core, increases flexibility, balance and mental awareness.
$ Cost for Power Yoga is $4 for members, $6 for non-members.
