-GUARANTEE
The Seller guarantees the puppy against major life threatening genetic
conditions that would make said puppy unsuitable as a pet up to 12 months
of age. If a problem arises that the puppy can not be a suitable pet due to
life threatening genetic condition within the first 12 months of age according
to at least 2 different veterinarians testing results obtained by Purchaser, the
Seller then has the option to take said puppy to veterinarian of the Sellers
choice to confirm diagnosis at the Sellers expense. If the Sellers
veterinarian has agreed with results, the Purchaser has the option to receive
a replacement puppy from the next available litter or keep original puppy

and provide necessary care as recommended by Sellers veterinarian. No

refund of purchase price will be given. If the puppy has passed away before
12 months of age, an autopsy must be performed at the Purchasers
expense, to indicate that the puppy did die of life threatening genetic
condition. If the death is found to be caused by major life threatening genetic
condition, then the Seller will return the cost of the autopsy to the Purchaser
and give a replacement puppy from the next available litter. This guarantee
does not cover any problems related to illness, accident or injuries. It does
not cover skin conditions, cosmetics, infertility, puppy acne, demodectic
mange or common problems in the breed such as, but not limited to, growth
problems, cherry eye, haw eye, HOD, Pano, OCD, entropian,. Most of these
are not life threatening problems and can be the result of nutrition or
environmental factors, rather than genetics, failure to seek veterinarian
treatment as needed, etc. Seller also does not guarantee puppy from illness
or death caused by any cosmetic surgery. Guarantee is valid only if puppy is
current on all vaccinations. Guarantee becomes void if it is determined by
Sellers Veterinarian that the illness or death of the puppy was due to neglect
of abuse in any way or any of the conditions of sales have not been adhere-d
to.
Purchaser is responsible for regular veterinary care, including the remainder
of the initial series of puppy vaccinations, rabies vaccine and periodic
deworming necessary to maintain good health. The Purchaser must maintain
the puppy in good condition, including regular immunization, heartworm
prevention and appropriate age related care, quality large breed adult dog
food, fresh clean water as well as a clean, safe environment. The Seller is
not responsible for any cost associated with the above mentioned care.
Purchaser agrees to provide all documentation as to vaccinations,
spay/neuter upon request at any given time. Guarantee becomes void if
above is not adhered to.
Purchaser agrees that this puppy will not be spayed or neutered until after
12 months of age.
If puppy is bought on a limited AKC registration, Purchaser has NO breeding
rights. If Seller becomes aware of any litter produced, the Purchaser will be
found in breach of contract and Seller will seek legal action against Purchaser
for all monies made from litter produced. This does including using a male
as a stud.
Bloat is not covered under this contract nor is any illness believed to be
related to overfeeding, over feeding high amounts of protein-calcium-fat or
over supplementation of vitamins and minerals.

There are no known genetic problems in either Dam or Sire, or in their

backgrounds, but there is always a possibility that something could surface
in the genetics of puppies.
Purchaser agrees to provide the Seller with updated pictures of the puppy.
Seller also reserves the right to contact the Purchaser to inquire on how the
puppy is doing with his/her new family. If the Purchaser relocates to a new
home etc., Seller requests that the Purchaser contact her within 30 days with
a new phone number, address, and email address (if available). In turn, the
Purchaser can contact the Seller at any time with questions and concerns.
Purchaser will not rehome or sell said puppy without permission from Seller.
Seller has the right to approve new home. If it is found that Purchaser
rehomed puppy, Purchaser will be held in breach of contract. Seller has the
right to obtain any monies made on such rehoming or selling fee. In
addition, this contract becomes null and void if found puppy has been
rehomed from original Purchaser. In addition, if the puppy has been rehomed
Seller has the right to obtain new owner information from original Purchaser,
to include and not limited to, name, address, phone number and email of
new owner. Seller has right to take repossession of puppy if found new home
is not suitable or puppy has not been cared for properly or is/has been
abused.
Puppies are dewormed on a regular basis, but can not guarantee your puppy
will be free of parasites when they make it to you as some of the parasites
are easily picked up in transit and occur more commonly during a stressful
situation such as a move or transfer.
Your puppy must see a veterinarian for a health check within 72 hours to
provide proof that he/she is in good health for the guarantee to be upheld,
and I must be notified in any health problem is found immediately.
If the puppy is not picked up on the agreed upon date, there will be a $15.00
per day boarding charge added to the cost due at pick up.

Both parties recognize St. Louis County, MO as the jurisdiction in which this
contract was created, and as such, should any disputes arise as a result of
this contract, which are unable to resolve amicably, agree that any court
proceedings will take place in St. Louis County, MO. Buyer is responsible for
any and all court cost assessed in the resolution of any disputes, and further
acknowledges that the Purchaser will pay for any claims for lost wages on
the part of the Seller as a result of court.
