Author: The source is from United Nations, General Assembly,
Official Records, Fifteenth Session, Supplement No. 16, pp. 66-67.
Interpretation: I learned a lot from this article and found it
interesting how lengthy and detailed it was
Point of view: This was written as a bill, for everyone to see and it
is expected that everyone follows the rules
Argument: If you are trying to make a law for a lot of people,
there are going to be some arguments. We are just naturally
stubborn to an extent but there will always be an argument to
almost every situation
Influence: If you are in charge of an area, then people will push
you into doing things that benefit them. So in this situation, the
people you want to make happy are going to influence you and
the decisions you make more than likely.
