    European Union
    Interpretation: I thought that this was a fairly good set of laws and
    that they would make a good difference in what will happen in the
    future
    Point of view: this piece of information was written by the
    governing bodies of Africa and Europe. Those people came
    together to make this.
    Argument: I feel like that many people would have arguments
    over this. Mostly because no matter what you decide as a leader,
    there will be those people that disagree with your decisions.
    Especially if you are a leader of a lot of people, there is no way
    you can function efficiently and make every single person happy.

    Importance: this article is very important, and not even limited to


    Africans and Europeans but everyone because it effects many
    people worldwide.
