Purpose of the Course


The purpose of this distance-learning audio workshop/discussion is for students to hear colleagues reveal
and disclose opinions, facts and concerns in relation to the essential considerations to do with ethical
conduct in being a practitioner of Oriental medicine. These include but are not limited to the roles of
practitioner, colleague and teacher.

Objectives of the Course

Participants will form knowledge of clear limits and boundaries with respect to proper ethical conduct.
Participants will reflect on their innate concerns and considerations regarding ethical issues through
recorded role-playing by colleagues.
Participants will discover fitting standards of ethical behavior with regard to the roles of practitioner,
colleague, and teacher or mentor.
Participants will reveal sound knowledge of appropriate conduct in the different, varying dimensions
of being practitioner, colleague and teacher in an Oriental medicine context.
