According to JKR reply and confirmed that the project have to construct two additional U-Turn at CH2000 and CH4000, To meet the heavy vehicle traffic, IKR is requires the U-Tum radius must be greater than 8.5 m at CH2000. Besides that, the location of U-Turn at CH4000 is very close to the bridge which across JPS reserve ditch. Because of the need to add a buffer lane before the U-turn, resulting in a corresponding increase the width of the bridge. For these reasons, we hope that YG Tan consultancy and HM consultancy can have a good communication and collaboration to ensure that an appropriate location of U-turn design which can reduce the construction cost and also meet the requirement of JKR. Please revise the design drawing in accordance with the above description.
