The proposal has been submitted as an exception to the requirement to revise your official sewage facilities plans for new land development (Component 1 planning module). ‘The proposed development is located at 1535 Morstein Road in Bast Whiteland Township, Chester County on Tax Map Parcel 42-6-51 ‘This proposal has been reviewed by appropriate municipal officials and found to be consistent with your official sewage facilities plan and the applicable Chapter 71 requirements. DEP finds your action to be adequate and accepts this proposal as an exception to the requirements to revise the official plan under Chapter 71, Section 71.55. This proposal is for the development of a 2-lot residential subdivision (2 proposed dwellings) on 2.2 acres, The existing dwelling will be demolished and the existing on-lot sewage disposal system will be properly abandoned. ‘This project will be served by individual on-lot sewage disposal systems.
