Includes phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax,
semantics and pragmatics
Macrolinguistics
Includes sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics,
neurolinguistics, stylistics, discourse analysis,
computational linguistics, cognitive linguisitcs and
applied linguistics
